98six.com was a dynamic national college health website featuring a library of over 500 student-written/doctor approved articles, a suite of appealing community functionality, and a proprietary content management system. A php-driven site backed by an Oracle database, 98six.com was ultimately intended to serve as the companion piece to a portal that would web-enable client-server or remote network information systems to improve customer service in campus health centers. 98six.com was a $1.2 million project.

As Executive Producer at Thoughtbubble Productions, I helmed the design and build of 98six.com. During my tenure as project lead I:
  • participated in creative conceptualization of product with client to determine brand, logo, design, metaphor and functionality.
  • assisted client in defining ongoing feature sets.
  • made recommendations regarding usability and information architecture.
  • facilitated 3rd party technical integration w/Campus Pipeline and Media Highway.
  • managed 12 person in-house production team, 2 freelance resources, and 2 Oracle database consultants.
  • generated all necessary project documents including requirements documents, production schedules, project briefs, billing documentation, etc.
  • led weekly client/in-house status meetings.
  • managed the creation of a proprietary content management system.
  • generated initial requirements documentation for the build of pro98six, a resource for college health professionals and 98six's companion site.

Visio, Project, Excel, Word. My role also required demonstrated familiarity with front and back end coding, database design, usability and information architecture.
