Psybersquare
I founded Psybersquare, Inc. with President Mark Sichel and CEO Daniel Strauss. Its primary asset, psybersquare.com, was a mental health and wellness site intended to foster strength and health through community and self-help. After receiving $140,000 in angel-funding, we collaborated to envision Phase II of psybersquare.com: a dynamic, multimedia enriched web and wireless application that would deliver contextualized and personalized information about mental health and wellness. We shopped our business plan to VCs, while cultivating strategic partnerships with other companies in the space. Unfortunately, the industry bottomed-out around this time, and the funds that had sustained operations for a year finally dried up. My partners and I reluctantly abandoned the venture in pursuit of other opportunities.
